James A. Swetz, Esquire chosen as Superlawyer for Third Time

James. Swetz, Esquire was recently named a "Superlawyer" for 2010. The list is published annually in the June edition of Philadelphia Magazine. He was also selected in 2007 and 2009 for this distinction. Only 5% of all Pennsylvania lawyers receive this honor. Attorney Swetz serves as a Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) and was awarded PACDL's Charles P. Gelso Award for his commitment to law, justice and the legal profession on April 30, 2010. He is a frequent speaker at professional seminars on a variety of litigation subjects and is a Board Certified Civil and Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, A Pennsylvania Supreme Court approved Certification Agency. He has successfully handled many high profile cases in state and federal court, including the July 28, 2010 acquittal of a client charged with criminal homicide in Monroe County. |
