Without such a document, a court may have to appoint the guardian of a minor in the event of a parent’s death.

Our office represents individual and corporate executors or fiduciaries in the efficient collection, accounting and distribution of assets in the estate of a decedent or a trust. We advise on compliance with requirements concerning probate, filing tax returns, and paying taxes for estates, deceased individuals, and/or trusts. We also represent clients in litigation concerning estate and trust administration, including will contests and appeals from orphans’ court decisions.
